1. MARKETING & PROMOTION: I do not wish to restrict your creativity or place restrictions on how you promote our sites. However, we will not allow SPAM in any way shapt or form. If you are caught sending e-mail that is not in full compliance with the CAN-SPAM regulations your account will be immediately terminated and any payments due will be forefeited.

Sending traffic from any site that contains illegal content or text including (but not limited to) bestiality, hate speech, child pornography, or any other non appropriate website is also a violation. Use common sense please.

2. CONTENT USAGE: All content provided by TropixxxCash must retain the original copyright/url stamp. No alteration of the copyright/url stamp is acceptable without prior written consent. Any page displaying content obtained from a TropixxxCash site must have a banner or text link back to our program. Any account found not to be in compliance will be immediately terminated and all payments due will be forfeited. In other words, don't steal our content and we'll all be happy! We are happy to work with you if you need images without watermarks for a particular reason, etc.

Also, do not remove content from the members area or tours of our sites. Only use promo content that is provided on the TropixxxCash website in the Promotional Tools area. If you need additional content or exclusive content, do not hesitate to contact us. We generally can work something out.

3. PAYOUTS: Are handled by CCBill and are on time and accurate. You can contact CCBill 24/7 via the web or phone.

4. TERMINATION: This relationship may be terminated at convenience by either party, at any time. However, in the event TropixxxCash terminates for convenience, you will continue to earn commission checks for legitimate customer accounts in existence as of the date of termination, for as long as those accounts remain in good standing. If TropixxxCash determines that you have violated these terms and conditions your account will be terminated immediately and you may forfeit your right to any payments owed to you at that time.

5. OTHER TERMS: You may be bound by any other terms that may be in place by CCBill, VISA, Mastercard, and any state, federal or local laws/rules regarding site promotions. Please check your specific situation.
